We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products within 10 days of delivery. Items must be new and unused, in their original packaging.
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or design, please return your original order and place a new one.
All returns are by mail. Email us at hello@velvetink.com with your order number and we'll provide return instructions.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. There are no restocking fees.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You'll be refunded to your original payment method.
