Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We collect your shipping address to fulfill orders. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy. We do not store credit card numbers.

Analytics & Tracking

We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and the Pinterest Tag to measure site traffic and advertising performance. These services may use cookies and collect anonymous browsing data such as pages visited, device type, and referral source. We also use first-party event tracking via Supabase to understand purchase and signup activity. When you provide your email address (e.g., through our mailing list signup), Pinterest Enhanced Match hashes it with SHA-256 before transmission so that no plaintext email is shared with Pinterest. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser's cookie settings or through the platforms' own ad-preference tools.

Size Guide

Our statement tights come in two sizes:

• M — Fits US 4-8 / UK 8-12
• L — Fits US 10-14 / UK 14-18

Sheer black 30 denier with comfortable stretch. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — flock lettering holds its edges best when the fabric is not at full stretch.

Shipping

All orders ship free via Amazon FBA. Orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days. Prime members may receive even faster delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be new and unused. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. No restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 14 days. Email hello@velvetink.ink to start a return.

How do I care for my tights?

Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry for best results. Avoid machine washing, and keep them out of the dryer entirely — heat is what lifts flock lettering.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available through Amazon where supported. Check your local Amazon marketplace for availability.
